Whose is Road? : ปิดถนนทำไม

Yesterday at 4 p.m., I passed to Ratchada road going to A-Soke road. Traffic was so jam, about 30 minutes, so I thinked there is a problem at A-Soke road. I decided to go to express way. F_ck….... I stopped before toll payment gateway around 10 minutes. I thinked so far …..
I do not understand why thay have to close a road, they know that a thousand car stop for 30 minutes lose how much ful, lose time, lose opportunity, or they think that WE ARE NO MEANING?
เมื่อวานตอนเย็นซัก 4 โมงกว่าๆ ผ่านไปทางรัชดาจะเข้าอโศก รถติดนานมากๆ ครึ่งชั่วโมงหว่าไม่หลุดไปไหนเลย นึกว่ามีปัญหาที่อโศก เลยเลี้ยวขึ้นทาด่วนที่พระรามเก้า เจ็ดๆๆๆๆๆๆ รถติดถึงที่เก็บเงิน คิดได้สถานเดียว….
ไม่เข้าใจเลยว่าจะปิดถนนทำไม รู้ไหมว่ารถติดเป็นพันๆ คัน ครึ่งชั่วโมงกว่าๆ เสียน้ำมันไปเท่าไหร่ เสียเวลา รายได้เท่าไหร่ เสียโอกาศเท่าไหร่ หรือ พวกเรามันไม่สำคัญหว่ะ
