Death Note

I wrote this message after i watched death note 2 movie. I have many questions this it is very conflict in myself.
Let’s classify

My question are

1. Human being can judge other life or not.
2. What is a fairness, does it found in real life ?
3. Conclusion of this story mean anythings?
4. What you choose to be to?

So after I classified my some question, I am very confuse with my answers let’s see

1. If human cannot or have no right to judge other life, why execution still and still in many country, even thought civilize country. By the way, beautiful answer is “NO” because human have precious thing that can control human passion (angry), human create the law to avoid to be a tool for deployment and accuse to judge other life.
2. I talk to my teacher, he said “you can not wait for fairness” i really does not understand his meaning. So if human need to have fairness, “you kill you die” , does it angry or fairness. It is conflict with first answer.
3. I get some concept from this movie, it try to explain the conflict between emotion and right. While Kira is a murder but this murder is satisfy people because Kira kill someone that may be scared.
   In the other side Yangami have to fight with conflict of judge and power. This movie tough me “Power in Human hand is uncontrollable”.
4. From my honest I choose Kira, but i afraid that i cannot control power when it come. I shall try to find some reason that support other side, while murder should not get death,
